I met Julie Johnson, the owner and winemaker of Tres Sabores, at a Napa Valley Vintners meeting years ago. I was presenting a theme graphic for the NVVs marketing tours. We have been working together ever since.
After leaving Frog’s Leap, where Julie was a co-founder, we evolved her new packaging for Tres Sabores into where it stands today. The brand has moved from the original Tres Sabores label to their premium tier Perspective package design, Julie’s much sought after Zins and Cabernet Sauvignons.
¿Por qué no? is Julie’s Zin-Cab blend that captures attention on the shelf and in the glass. I like to think of our work together as a collaboration. Julie is every bit as visual as I am – maybe even more so.
